Plateau

I'm so frustrated. I've only been on MFP for a short time but I've been doing the healthy eating regiment (diet is a word my friend and I dont use) and such since end of July 2012. I've lost about 32 lbs so far. I still have about 30 or 40 more to go. Problem is the last 3 weeks I've been the same weight. Week before that only lost a half a pound then stayed the same 3 weeks before that. I'm getting discouraged. I've been drinking 8 glasses of 8oz liquid (4 straight water 4 unsweetened tea and an occasional milk). I stay really close to my allotted calories. I workout at least 30 mins a day of some sort of exercise. Most days I do the Leslie Sansone DVDs.
I'm limited to working out at home mainly, no gym.

Any suggestions, comments, tidbits or whatnot?? Otherwise Help... sighs

    For two weeks I hit a wall, and that's as close to a plateau I have been so far. But this week was a loss. Last weekend I went to Atlantic City and ate like total crap, but then I kind of thing maybe that just jump started me to losing more once I cut down the calories. I'm definitely no expert but you could try eating extra calories for a few days and then get back to routine?
