I'm not exactly sure what my fitness goals are to be honest! I just want to maintain my current weight and keep my muscle definition from p90x. I'd like to develop more muscle and I did my first day of NROLFW, but I got done pretty fast, next time I will definitely increase the weights. I'm just scared I'm not working out…

I'm really leaning toward Chalean Extreme and then once I get though that, I'll move on to P90X. I just don't want to spend all that money on P90X and hate it! Or should i just suck it up and go hard?!
