I hear it at work almost daily... Doesn't bother me at all. Like was said earlier, they are usually the one's that could use it more than myself. I actually got the cafe here at work to start offering more healthy options, so they all ***** about the junk food that was taken away to put the healthy options in place…

I weigh daily also. Mostly for my work out Log. As I like to have the extra data to go along with my diet plan ....Heck, I can fluctuate up and down by 5 lbs a day, no biggie. It's the long term trend that matters ....

How is this Broscience??? It is as simple as you put it. It's not BS. Put your high energy and effort into your lifts, then finish off with cardio. It also seems to help with DOMS as well ...... And EPOC is NOT BS either, it IS a fact ......

yes, getting it from whole foods is just as good. Some will say better .....

No, 2x12,1x20,1x12,1x10 (66 reps in 10 min) ......That was after 3x10 200lb front squats for a warm up ...(I didn't log those though).The gym I am using right now is limited in regards to weight. So, I have to work with what they have.
