you can alos go online and find a chart that shows you the potassium content of almost everything you eat. Then add those into your MFP foods. Then they are there for good in your diary. Like an average banana has around 400-500 mg of potassium, ect ..... avg egg has 55mg 1/2 cup of carrots is around 175mg ....ect ..ect...…

Actually most people do not get enough potassium in their diet .... Low potassium can be bad. I take creatine post workout with my shake, mainly because it's just simple to do it then.No specific timing issue or reason. I did notice about a 6lb gain right after starting it. (222 - 228) But the scale is not what I am concerned with, so it is no biggie for me .....

I have met most of the 80's hair and metal bands back in the day. Got to party with Scatterbrain and Ugly Kidd Joe twice. Partied with Dime once in Philly .....got to meet and hang with Metallica once. Most all of them(bands ect...) were pretty cool. Except, Axel is a fugin azz hat ..... Was into the whole band scene back…
