  • I have now cut from 250lbs @ 26.4% BF to 224lbs @ 16.9% BF. So, if you do the math, cutting slow and steady I have lost almost all my weight from fat loss.This is what I hope to keep up until I get down to 12%BF.   • I too used to run, 2.5 mi M-T-W-Th, and 10 mi EVERY friday. And Blade 10 mi Sat & Sun, The day after leg day is 10x worse than a 10 mi run, the day after... hands down, no contest ...if it isn't, you're not doing it right ....

  • NOPE, ..... I use milk in my shakes. I only count pure WATER as water intake. I pack 6 20oz bottles a day, that I drink at work, and I drink more at home, before and after work ....over a gallon a day of plain old water ...
