TOM I mean, really?! I'm a woman and I don't want to hear that. I can imagine how the guys must feel about it. haha

There may be an easier way, but I just click on the person's name (in blue), go to their profile, and you can "add" them from there (in green). :)

"5'0 even. I did marry someone that is 6'2 though. I'm only attracted to tall guys. Is this true for most shorties?" I've always been attracted to taller men. My hubby is 6'2". Hey, I had to give my future children a fighting chance. ;)

I'm 5'8"...when I'm wearing 6 inch heels. :):)

Congratulations! You look terrific! You just motivated me to order 30 Day Shred. :):)

I've been there...many times. I once gained back 40lbs, but I was able to lose it again. Yes, it can be a little depressing in the beginning because you feel like you're starting all over, but it's better to start over than to continue feeling bad about yourself. All you can do is try again. If you stumble along the way,…

Thank you for sharing your story and pics! I have hypothyroidism, too, and I have been on this journey for two years. Your pictures give me hope that I will be able to shed my post baby belly if I just keep working at it! :)

Spicy Hot V-8 before a run. Won't do that again.

You can add me! I've been using this site on and off for 2 years now. :)

I'm in the same boat. I have tried everything that's been mentioned with the same results. I haven't binged in nearly two weeks, but I have also changed my goals on MFP. 1200 calories a day was too much pressure for me and one little overage triggered a binge eating session for me. I adjusted my goals, increased my…

I'm sorry for the enormous size of some pics. I tried to edit them with no luck. :/

Thank you! Running a half-marathon is an amazing experience start to finish and holding that medal at the end is worth all of the months of training. Good luck to you in running your first! :) And yes, Go Sox!

I am a success story, too. When I started C25K , I couldn't even run the first week without modifications. I initially ran 30 seconds, walked 5 minutes. I was THAT out of shape. I spent the first few workouts questioning my decision to start the program and wondered why anybody would run for fun. My knees hurt, my back…

You can add me! Anyone. :)

I'm sorry you're having a tough time. I think everyone goes through this at some point! Some things that have helped me along the way (aside from what's already been mentioned) is looking back at what I've accomplished. I take a picture of myself on the 1st of every month so I can see the changes in my body even if it…

Add me (and that goes for the rest of you, too)! :)

Hi! I had a C-section almost four years ago and I have since lost 50 lbs. My stomach got flatter and firmer but I still have soft, squishy skin on my lower tummy (near the scar). I honestly don't think it will ever go away, but I'm okay with it. I have an amazing daughter to show for it. :)

I do the run/walk method, too, and I just add up the time I spent walking and log it using whatever speed fits best (3mph, 3.5mph, etc). Then, I add up the time I spent running and log it at that speed. For example: If I walk a total of 30 minutes at about 3mph, I would log it as 30 min at 3mph on MFP. If I run for a total…

Thanks for the recipes! Saving this one for later. :)

Try running on the other side of the road or in the opposite direction next time. Roads are built with a slight pitch (the highest point in the center and slope downward toward the sidewalk), so you may be putting more strain on your left leg because of the angle of the road. Also, make sure you are landing in the middle…

Denise Austin's Fat Blasting Yoga DVD has a 15 minute core conditioning with a stability ball segment. I really like it because it doesn't put any strain on my back or neck.

This is amazing! Great job everyone! Thank you so much for the inspiration. :)

Hi! My husband and I made up a schedule: M-W-F after dinner. The schedule helps me plan out and keep my exercise “appointments” as well as gives my husband some one-on-one time with our daughter before her bedtime. It has worked out really well for our family so far. :)
