Did you take measurements when you started? If not, take them. Sometimes the scales don't show any loss but measurements can...also judge on how tight your clothes are. Don't let numbers on the scale throw you.

I just send my kids out to the backyard while I workout. Usually its not for as long as Id like but its enough to make me feel like I've done something at least.

Yes. There are no "zero" calorie foods...pickles and hot sauce may only be small calories, but if you eat enough of them they add up. All vegetables and fruits have kcal amount, even if its only 5.

I can do a 180º jump on my roller skates :) and I just found out the other day I can roll my legs up over my body and head til my toes touch the ground behind my head (starting from a lying down position)...dont know what its called but I was pretty stoked with both of those!

Going to stop swearing..... or at least try my darndest too every day. Its not something I should do, it happens frequently and it'll make life more pleasant for others around me and myself. Not exactly a sacrifice as such, but definitely a willpower struggle to overpower my subconscious spewing of rubbish words.

I really like sadienardini for yoga. Fitnessblender have heaps of variety too. Theres also blogilates but I cant say ive tried many of hers..

Maybe just circuit training for the whole lot if there is a mix of strength and cardio? If its mostly strength then use strength training.

You could try adding in ab workouts to help strengthen your core, build muscle which will help with the fat loss. Www. Fitnessblender.com has great quick workouts for strength training and you dont necessarily need equipment..... but no, ya cant spot reduce, wish we could, cause id already ve done lol

At first my goal was 65 kg, then 60... but once I got to 63 and realised I coukd actually do it, I lowered it to 58. If im happy with how I look at 61, 60 or 59, the ill stop. Wow. Give yourself a break, try your best to stay on your calorie goal for the day, if you dont, its no big deal. Do not beat yourself up, this change has to be sustainable and at some points in your life you're going to end up eating out, just make the healthiest choice you can.its definitely ok to do it every so often...…
