I ate so cleanly.....
That the mini samosas, popcorn, birthday cake and other assorted birthday party food I ate today didnt touch the sides of my mouth. Or fall onto my clothing. Thats the only kind of clean eating I give a toss about. Just putting that out there. Give it a rest peeps, we're all different.

to carb or not too carb?
I am a carb fiend, I eat potatoes, rice and pasta, generally I'm in my MFP settings, but I was just wondering. Why would I lower my carbs? I dont understand why people do... as far as I know I need carbs for energy, but thats as much of my knowledge. Can someone help gimme an education as to why you would lower it?

I drink at least two cups of green tea every day, what im wondering is can I count it in my glasses of water? Its essentially flavoured antioxidant water, as there are no calories in it judging by my MFP info... so what do you all think?
