I drink at least two cups of green tea every day, what im wondering is can I count it in my glasses of water? Its essentially flavoured antioxidant water, as there are no calories in it judging by my MFP info... so what do you all think?

I'm pretty sure any liquids count towards your daily 8 (even coffee).

You're going to get 9 different answers depending on how much of a purist a person is. Personally I say count it.

I count it. It is water and not a lot else IMO.

Yes you can. Just like, if you had a green tea capsule and washed it down with a glass of water, you could count that. Your body will use water if it has other stuff mixed with it.
