The foam roller is a God send! Not only can you use it on quads and calves, but it works wonders for your upper back muscles. Highly recommend for anyone who sits all day and is a runner/cyclist. This is a link to the one I own from GAIAM.…

Without letting people view your diary, it's impossible to answer your question. Eating 1345 calories from dense, whole foods, including nuts, almond butter or peanut butter, olive oil, and whole grains is easy.

Can I safely assume this is Tim Horton's with you being from Ontario? The issue isn't the coffee you're drinking, it's the Timmy Ho's creamer. Have you looked up the fat/calorie info on that stuff? I was a large triple/triple drinker years ago. That's roughly 90 calories and 21 grams of fat per coffee from creamer alone!…

Let me get this right... You weighed 350+ pounds, lost a boatload of weight, you are now attempting to "live" a healthier life past 40, and you have a cat as your profile pic? You have bigger fish to fry then pick fights with some of the fittest/healthiest/strongest people I've come across. Do you lift? Do you swing…

That is the stupidest thing I've seen by a kettlebell newbie...thanks for posting the vid! I wonder how her rotator cuff is functioning these days?

There are several great "at home" DVD kettlebell programs. I personally own Kettleworx and SKOGG system. I've been working with kettlebells for 3 years and the results are tremendous. I've had some lower back and knee issues from years of competitive sports and proper technique with the kettlebell will not irritate either…
