The hardest part is getting in the gym door. If you push yourself for a few days it will become habit and no longer the chore that it is right now!! Best of luck with it!! tam

I always over eat on protein, my trainer has put me on a high protein diet and I have lost 33 lbs since Oct!! Eat protein!!!

Hi throw them in a freezer bag with a couple TBsp each orange, lemon and lime juice and some dried thyme and oregano leave it over night and bake them in the oven!! YUMMY!!! Tammy
