I'd have to second you on the back :D I usually have two days a week were I focus on my back. And second would be legs... Its a love hate relationship... But I know how GREAT they are for your overall success so I convince myself I love doing them :D

I'm an at home exerciser as well. Don't really have any equipment other then an exercise ball. But if your determined to reach your goals you will find a way to make it happen.

I did the same thing after day two. It is pretty high impact. I recommend that you let the ankle heal properly and build back up to insanity gradually as strength returns to avoid further injury and extended healing time. Yes DIG DEEP... But be careful at the same time. Screwed up both my ankles on my first round of insanity lost over a week of training due to it.

Hot lemon water several times a day. I like my coffee... Water water water ( I like Mio but it's chemical sweetener). But id try lemon water. With real lemon wedge. And supposedly its very good for you and has vitamin c.

I started doing the turbo fire hiit classes a few weeks ago and I prefer them to regular cardio. Its more beneficial and takes less time. I'm going to have to check out that site you mentioned it sounds right up my alley.

I can relate to hating leg day. The soreness I get afterwards makes me so grumpy, but the benefits of leg workouts are so great for your entire body overall that I usually squeeze it in there twice a week. Its such a large muscle group that is so commonly overlooked by all. I'm sure if you look at most workout routines…

Back bends are awesome I tried contortion training for a while but didn't stick with it. Yoga was my alternative though and has done me wonders.
