I'm going to try this one. I've made the one with sugar free cake mix (Pillsbury) mixed with only 1cup of diet soda and it's wonderful.

Everyday. I feel like I'm cheating if I don't do at least 30 min of exercise a day. I also bike (weather permitting) 8-10 miles a day and sometimes 15 miles a day. I force myself on some days but I always feel wonderful when I finish.

Congratulations, I have lost 22 lbs since January and only 2" off my waist. You have been more successful than I. I exercise daily and I can hardly notice the difference in my clothes only notice it on the scales.

Have you tried going low carb for a week? This happened to me before and I changed diet programs for a week and sure enough it seemed to kick start it up again. However, everyone is different and I also exercise daily. Good luck.

I do mine the easy way. I cheat, I use Mission or La Banderita low carb tortilla wraps and it makes the perfect pizza base. I make one about every second week sometimes just for a treat and I can easily control my toppings.

I am eating about 1000-1200 calories a day. My question now is.....do I need that to be net calories? I exercise a fair amount and burn off my input. I keep track of everything I put into my mouth and every minute of exercise. My tracking is nearly 100% accurate. I guess I just don't understand if at the end of the day my…
