Don't pay any attention to the negative Nancy's out there, it is not a bad thing to take a break from your regular routine and give your body a rest from the preservatives and high sodium levels of so many foods. Love Dr. Oz's green drink!

try an overnight flush eat 1/2 cantaloupe at bed time and drink 16oz of water - you may have to get up a few times at night but this is a great natural diuretic. Stay the course and take your measurements, with the PX90 workouts you are building muscle but I am sure you have lost inches. One step at a time we all have…

It's a good way to "reset" your clock so to speak and rid the body of toxins. You can have green or black tea as well and some low sodium broth (1 cup). Keep us posted!

Adidas Bounce are my favorite shoe's or the Nike Zig. Good heal support. I walk a lot 3 to 5 miles a day and I change out my shoes every day. Look for sales and outlet malls and once you find the right shoe for you look to pick up a back up pair on sale. Good luck!
