Wow that is inspiring! No Easter candy for me one bite and I am sunk! Sticking to my basic plan, and working out, some racketball, some Leslie Sansone 3 mile fast Walk Challenge, JM30 day shred, and some time at the Y on the treadmill. I like to mix it up!

I did 205 squats, none were 1 legged, I have bad knees, did all my squats with weights and curled. Variety, Frog, regular, sumo, curtsey.....

mine is open - you will note that I am on a very low calorie diet and usually well under my 1200 calorie goal. Few more weeks and I will start adding in more calories.

Nuking the lemon will make the juices flow. Also if you eat cantaloupe at bedtime and drink some water....you will loose your bloat !

I won't beat you up over the diuretics use, as I don't really know one way or the other what harm they can do when used occasionally.
