Totally normal. Now that u r getting back into things ur body just needs to re adjust itself to exercising. After a week u will notice u r not sore anymore☺️

I'm greaful just to be able to any form of fitness. This year was tough. From learning to walk all over again to be able to jog is a blessing. U never realize how much u r taking 4 granted til its gone.

Ok i have been doing 30 minutes cradio 3 days a week with mini strength training sessions right after. Then one full day strength training for a one hour.

Can i join i exercise 4 times a week. I am in physical therapy from a knee injury. Its been 2 months since my surgery and i want to lose the 30 pounds i gained. Oh and i try to keep my intake at 1250.
