We are only on day 4 of insanity and like most people we did the 30 day shred as a nice warm up for insanity. For afters we have purchased TurboFire, and as I am a guy with two left feet, this set of DVD's will hopefully give me some co-ordination as it combines dance with Cardio.

It doesnt matter what you signed in with, just make sure you havent made your profile in MFP and endomondo private and check in Endomondo settings called share with, that you are sharing with either everyone or friends. Hope this helps.

I am so glad my man boobs are shrinking as I lose weight. It was touch and go there for a while as to whether I had bigger "boobs" than the wife. Its now a contest to see who losses the most from that area. You know you are winning when you do a press-up and the boobs aren't already on the floor before you bend the arms.

Great job on getting a "younger, slimmer" model. I'm jealous and I know when the boss lady reads this later she will get the wrong end of the stick and make me sleep on the couch, I actually fit on now.

Its feels like its always winter in Northern Ireland but from the start of October, using Endomondo I have done 560 sport miles and possibly another 600 in transport miles. Majority of the sport miles were done just in February and March. Will be nice when the weather gets warmer and done have to put layers on to cycle.

Definitely a spare tube whilst on a run is the way to go. Recently the price of the tubes I use is nearly the same price as the puncture repair kit I bought last year. I use glue as well, probably because I am used to using them.

Been using endomondo for nearly a year now. Majority of my workouts are cycling sport, or if I have my sons bike attached by the trailgator I use cycling Transport and occasionally also walking settings. My user name is Darryl McCullagh, same picture as this profile. Im in Northern Ireland.
