Hi all I am now restricting what so ever im eating close to 1800 cals and try and eat a balanced diet. I would not risk harming the baby. Hiya thanks for that - :-) I want to loose as much as possible probably 2lb a week if possible. I know I will need to increase my cals I always do when doing intense exercise. But I mainly want to know what exercise to log it as or roughly how many cals I will burn!? Thanks Any more advices would be much appreciated thanks…

hey you can do that on here by creating a receipie as long as you add the correct portions and measurements to your receipie it will calculate an accurate value per portion:drinker:

Id just have a salad and do a bit of walking if you go over by like 100 caolries your not going to gain a lb

if your breastfeeding you need to eat more I'd say stay at least 1500 cals aday and eat plenty of nutricious food and drink plenty.

Read the post & I agree Small changes.& make sure they are changes that are acheiveable. then next week maka another change. you dont have to be drastic as you are setting yourself up to fail!! thats how yoyo dieting works - i have been a yoyo dieter since i was 16!! and i have been on an up and down weigh rollercoaster up…
