Rotisserie chicken, cole slaw (I buy the bagged broccoli slaw and add a small amount of Marzetti's lite cole slaw dressing), and steamed vegetable. Grilled chicken marinated in tequila orange peel and orange juice with salt and pepper, grilled zucchini, and slice of watermelon.

I am also at a plateau for the last 7 months and am unsure if I should eat more calories. This program adds calories from exercise, but I am unsure if I should really eat those calories or have a deficit with each day. Very interested in this post!

You can take a low sugar instant oatmeal and add 2 tbsp of almond butter. Very filling, quick and good. Sometimes I mix it cold with a little milk and it is like cookie dough!
