Mine has given me little support... and even sabotages me regularly by wanting to eat out all the time. I know they are MY decisions, but a little encouragement would be nice. She probably thinks I'll run off with some chick from the gym. Yours may be thinking similar thoughts.

I've only rode in the rain ONE time, not by choice... was out in the boonies riding to the lake cottage. It was a zen ride, remember it forever, but would never do it on purpose, LOL.

Try a topic search. There must be 1000 30DS threads... mostly recommending the program. Wear a HRM while training for truly accurate calorie burns, and log it in whatever category you want to call it (you can even make up one)

I used to be a diehard runner and would run outside year round... love seeing the Christmas lights on the homes with falling snow, really brightens my mood. But as I get older, I opt for the elliptical at the gym.

You're young, you're attractive, you deserve much better than that. I had an ex, a story JUST LIKE YOU... when I was in my 20s. Oddly enough that relationship also lasted 4 years until she "dumped me" because I caught her lying to me and screwing around. I am much the better person now.
