I am 4'11, 37 yrs old, 121.6 lbs, lightly active. My daily target is 1300 (no exercise). After exercise, my goal ends up being around 1600. I eat back most of my exercise calories. I have about 6-7 lbs to goal.

Mine are: 1 serving Frozen fruit 1 cup Almond milk 1/2 cup Fat free vanilla yogurt 1 scoop protein powder 100g banana I mix it up with different fruits but the basic recipe is the same. I tend to use these as a breakfast on the go and they keep me full.

I can absolutely relate. I suffer from SAD on top of my regular depression and seizures. And I live in WA no less.. the most bipolar state EVER! I have to force myself to exercise most of the time... I am also on Topamax btw.

I still have to buy certain items to accommodate my boobs.. like cute dresses that fit great everywhere else but are cut for girls who are smaller up top. But I have lost a band size, which is good. I was fully expecting to lose a lot more as I lost weight. I went from a 38/40 D to a 36 DD.
