i had my first cheat day yesterday since i started 3 weeks ago. i felt so bloated and fat afterwards, it made me even more motivated to stick with my diet today. i didnt enter it in my diary because we ate at a buffett and i couldnt remember how much of what i put on my plate.

I usually eat lean cuisines, smart ones etc for lunch about 2-3 times a week. i have to have my lunch break on the go so they are quick and easy. my only complaint is the sodium because my normal breakfast has alot of sodium and added to my lunch doesnt leave me much room for dinner.

since i started dieting, potatos are suddenly a huge turn off for me. and also i used to eat fried pork steak and the other day i ate one bite of my sisters and all i tasted was grease. it was so discusting.

my dietitian set me at 40% carb 30%fat 30% protein.

yeah i struggle with my protein also. i like the yoplait coconut greek yogurt and add mini choc chips to it. i know it adds sugar by doing that but it tastes good. havent tried any other flavors yet.

the asparagus sounds like something id like to try. ive never cooked it before though so do it get mushy the longer it bakes or if you dont bake it long enough?

i wish i liked all that fancy stuff on my pizza. i just buy the basic cheese. thats the only thing that suck about buying the frozen meals is that unless you like spicy or vegetables (which i dont like either) all your left with is the pastas.

i was curious about the sugar intake too. currently im still 458 calories short for the day but my sugar is already over by 30.

hey you sound just like me lol. im full time work and college too. Ive been eating lean cuisine, smart ones, and healthy choice. My favorite so far is the lean cuisine pizza. its about the same size as a normal personal pizza and has good protein.

Im katey. Im a full time worker and a full time student so getting fitness in is difficult. when i started my sit down job 5 years ago i was around 175. currently i am at 240. im looking for motivation to keep me on track.

I'm currently 240 and wear a 20 in Revativity (its a brand from elder beerman) at my smallest 6 years ago, i was 175 in a 12 Lee's jeans.
