Yes my doctor told me to watch my intake of all of them but only gave me numbers for the carbs. So maybe I just need to stay below the default amount then?

To see a weight loss when I got to the doctor next month. Tired of seeing the numbers going up.

5 days and sometimes Saturday. Nothing on Sundays. Mainly I just walk and do cardio to get my HR up.

I was actually thinking of trying this as well. I've read to move it higher on your arm to get a better reading but it slides down when you sweat.

I am more concerned about the HR reading different than the calories. I did read on the fitbit support page that it might be too low on my wrist. I'm gonna adjust it tonight and see if it reads closer

I cut up a read potato and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. The I add 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, seasoning and throw it back in for another 3 minutes. Then sprinkle some cheese on top and voila!

Update: I bumped my jogging up to 4.5 and was pretty comfortable at it. Only did walk/jog for about 10 minutes before my trainer showed up and we moved to weights.
