Treadmill HR vs Charge 2 HR
When I walk on the treadmill, my fitbit shows my HR about 10-20 rates below what the treadmill says. But when it syncs to MFP it does give me more calories than what the treadmill said. Is this ok?

Green Giant Veggie Tots
I just wanted share that the green giant cauliflower tots and rice cauliflower are the best ever!! This is coming from someone who used to hate vegetables. The veggie tots are a great substitute for regular tator tots in a casserole. The green giant website also has great recipes to make with them that I can't wait to try.

Smoothies drink cup help
I have been making smoothies at night and freezing them so they are quick to grab in the morning. My old blender was a single serve one that came with cups. I have a larger one now. I don't know where to buy drink cups with lids that I can easily freeze. Any suggestions?

Wrist Weights in exercise log
I have been doing cardio boxing on the xbox360 and decided to add 5lb wrist weights today. so now when i log it for the day, do i do two separte entries? one for the boxing with the calories that the xbox gives me plus and entry for weight training with the calories that MFP sets?
