Honey Chicken?

Looking for a healthy honey chicken recipe. Most of the ones I find online require you to fry them. I'm looking for something away from the grease that I can just bake.

I like this one. It's grilled, but you can probably bake it with similar results.

It's a little spicy, but if you don't like it spicy you can leave out the chipotle chili powder.
