Arch support

Can anyone recommend good shoes or insoles to help with arch support? I just took a cardio class and my arches are killing me.

Edit* I wear Nike Air Max Dynasty and they are not even a year old.

Dansko and Abeo make really good (altho spendy) orthotics, including sneakers.
But I have had my best luck with inserts I found at Walgreens called Tri-Balance, (and I have tried quite a few!)
