Training Tennis Shoes

anybody got recommendations on good training shoes? I want to find a good pair that i can wear to the gym that have good support. i wear size 11 so any shoe i get normally its bulky and heavy. i need something lightweight. I've looked at the reebox dance shoes and people say they are good for zumba. I mostly do step combo and fitness ball classes.
