i am out of shape. insanity was just entirely too hard. i couldn't finish. i'm not interested in doing the hardest workout on the planet. i want something i can finish and will not dread doing it each day. i found that with 30 day shred. it's quick workout that will leave you sweating.

i've seen amazing results. i think like with any workout, if you stay with it and clean up your diet, we'll see results

exactly what i was going to say! walk some stairs. go to a park. just walk outside. bodyweight is free and resistance bands are so cheap.

i get a lot of my workout stuff from thrift stores. you'd be surprised at the quality you can find for a steal! i buy tshirts and cut the neck off and give a kind of 80s cuteness to my workout gear.

i cancelled mine as well. My daily burn has been about 600 ( i have a heart rate monitor) and i do jillian michaels 30 day shred and walk 3.0 miles. i drive to different places with my son where he can play and i can walk around but still have him in my eyesight. it's been working out great.

great advice! i always ravage through the kitchen when i get off work in the morning bc i don't eat at work or i just eat oatmeal at around 2 am so i've starved by the time 7am rolls around. what do you do about eating when you wake up?

I work overnights too! I get off at 7 and then take my son to school, nap, then go to gym at 2 until he gets out. I'm not online much while I'm working but I would love to be a text buddy when it gets hard. I'll inbox you.

i really like strawberry sugar free jello. it's a cold and yummy snack. i wanted to try the new frozen chocolate banana pops. i heard those were really good too.

i had this problem too and i just decided that i'd rather be healthy and i'll worry about trying to get cute later. now, i'm nappy all the time and i'm down 12 lbs. lol

i have a pear shape too! your progress is amazing. this gives me motivation to do ab work. i usually skimp on it because there's so much fat over my belly that i found it pointless.

i just noticed this the other day. i have been drinking about a gallon of water a day and i thought that had something to do with it. i would like to count the fact that my sweat is not salty as an NSV!

i usually take slim quick pills for energy and as an appetite suppressant. water is a great natural one because when i'm feeling bingy i usually drink water until my stomach hurts.

it's taken me about a week but i think i'm doing okay. i get excited for sunday funday. on that cheat day, i'll usually allow one cheat food which is whatever it was that i'd been thinking about having all week. right now, i think my cheat is going to be a chick fila cookie.
