why do people think loose is the same as lose when they talk about weight? i don't get why that is such a common mistake.

I sprint when I do HIIT intervals on the treadmill. I run at 7.5 for 20 secs/jump onto the siderails to rest 10 secs for 8 rounds. It doesn't hurt to run slowly, though. I just get tired after about 5 minutes. I really like sprinting.

i don't understand the need for the drops when you're only eating 500 cals a day. Why can't you just choose to eat that calorie amount on your own instead of paying for drops?

i read something about a diet called the 5 bite diet where you eat as a person who's already had the surgery eats without the surgery and lose the same amount of weight.

I completely understand that! I was 146 pre-baby weight 12 years ago! After I got pregnant, I kind of stopped counting. I want to see how I look at 180 but I ultimately would like to end in a normal BMI, not overweight and not obese.

i either workout hard or workout long. I do intervals, mixed with steady state cardio, or steady state cardio for a long time.

if i take a big enough poop, i would lose 4 lbs. lol. I'm sure you'll be able to lose this easily by cutting carbs.

i agree. i get annoyed when people who are naturally skinny and don't work out try to give me advice about how to lose weight.

I think any drink that has calories is a waste. I want to eat my calories, not drink them.

I like the elliptical too. I would continue to use whichever you think makes you work the hardest. The harder it is to complete your workout, the harder you're working, the more calories you're burning.

I have found that the only time of the day I don't have an excuse not to workout is at 445 AM. The only excuse at that time of morning is that I want to sleep and that's not good enough.
