I do the same. I just started a week ago. Currently I am at 1200 (without exercise). If I don't see results by day 30, I'll up my calories. But I am just like you, I try to eat them back. At least half. Sometimes I am able to eat all. Not very often though.

I just started Lean on the 13th, but decided I wanted to build more muscle so today I continued with classic. I run 3-4 times a week, so I felt that classic would help me build muscle. You can add me as a friend. I like to be a cheerleader LoL!

I just finished Week 1 today. I was doing the lean, but I felt that it wasn't what I was looking for. I am running 3-4 times a week already, so I decided to switch to Classic. Your best bet is to get a heartrate monitor. Honestly that's what I use. Then I go to shapesense.com to calculate my calories burned. I want to make sure I am doing it accurately.

I couldn't agree more with you Max. I was running a lot training for a half marathon. Losing inches weekly, but my weight wasn't moving.
