Which one? I have done stadion, city, sprint, super and beast. Is your goal to finish or kill the obstacles? Are you running open or competitive?

I have run in 5 Tough Mudder FULL Races....No Special Shoes here, just the years last pair of running shoes, I have even washed them a few times and ran SPARTAN races. No Gloves either, little mud rocks get in them and the wet doesn't help....

I like amino (BCAAs) in my water before, during and after exercise because it helps me drink more water, not sure I notice a difference with muscle recovery and energy. Guess I will have to stop using it and see? With any supplement - I hear that is how to tell the "poor mans way" without blood tests etc. Use it for 90…

I am a early morning person! I am EXHAUSTED after work, my job is draining most days. Getting my workout in first makes the day go better and I will not have to blow it off in the evenings. I get to bed early to wake up early.

Why subtract the calories for Fiber?

I have taken both many times. I love Body Attack, Combat is not so much of a workout for me. (It may be because I have tight hamstrings and the kicks are not as high.) They do have low options in Attack, I would not be scared just stick with the low options your first couple times then graduate to the higher.
