  • If the inches are coming off the weight will too. Just make sure you are using the weights to sculpture .. not build, unless you do want to look like a body builder. Be patience it will happen, if inches are coming off so is the fat. Muscle weights more then fat good to remember also. Good luck

  • if the inches are coming off yeah!!! Have you checked with your doctor, and made sure you're thyroid is ok? you could try eating back the calories or half of them. See how that goes. I hope you get it. I have been stuck for a month. ether way keep going!!!

  • Make sure you take vitamins and drink lots of water. Talk to you're Doctor. Eat more protein. change up slowly till you make sure it's not a medical thing.
  • Congratulations on a new child. You do as you're Doctors says, and I believe it will be all okay. Eat healthy and everything will workout. It will all ways be scary to put on a pound.   • I have the same kind of things going on I went to a therapist who showed me what exercises I could do. You're Doctor can tell you some also. They want you to exercise it helps with the pain and you need to strengthen the back muscles. I still have real bad days also but I keep trying and I keep my calories under or at 1200…
