    I'm in. I can't see the video (blocked at work), are these just basic lying on your back lifting both legs type leg lifts?

    I beat my previous high by 5. Since my previous high was 0, I did 5 ... but it's 5 more than I would have done without this challenge.

    Do that 20 more times throughout the day and you'll have done 100. :flowerforyou:
