I use a heart rate monitor that calculates calories burned. However, the machines in my gym allow me to enter my age and weight. Hi! I am new too. Never really been big into logging and tracking my food and exercise. I've tried before and it never last long! I am hoping I can do this consistently for awhile so that I form new, better habits and can live a healthier lifestyle naturally. I am on day 3 and so far so good! :)
