I have tha same problem! I wondered if they did bibs like they do for children that catch the food and then you wouldnt need to eat back calories lolol its funny though it never happens with chocolate :-/

I was walking like a duck after day 3! It does get better thankfully. I am a few days behind as i didn't start until the 3rd. I did yesterdays 80 squats in 10's left 10 then right 10 etc until i had completed all 80. I find it isn't as hard that way. Good luck x

Snap! It's quite strange doing these squats has cured my back pain but I think I may need new hips and my knees make shooting noises on the way back up :laugh:

I'm a few days behind, I did my 60 today but not prisoner Squats as i hadn't read this post so i will do 65 of them on Friday s it is my rest tomorrow..thank goodness, I may be walking normally again by then!
