If you are working out that much you should be eating more. If your body is starving it will make loosing wieght more difficult. Increase your caloric intake for the next week and I assure you you will see a change. Bonne Chance!

I too am always over my protein intake. Given that protein seems to keep me full longer, I tend to not worry too much about it. I concentrate on not going over my caloric intake. I think that is the key. I also eat a balanced meal every meal and have consistently been loosing weight. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free…

As Jilian said, the red team not losing weight defies the science of food. I totally think they threw the weigh in. I hope they lose. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I have tried Xenical. I use it to keep me in check. Because of the way the medication works you have to eat a low fat diet. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I did a clinic through the Running Room and it took 16 weeks. Best $70 I have ever spent!

I ran my first half marathon in September 2009. It was for the annual Canadian Army run. Crossing that finish line was the best feeling in the world. My best advice is to make sure that you get all your long runs in during training. Also, don't stress yourself out about a time, the important thing is to finish. Good luck!

I've been taking GPX granules to fill me up before a meal. Its a natural product and is also a fiber. Highly recommend it!

Its terrible to say but give it a few weeks and most people will have given up on their New Years resolutions. I had the same problem the week after New Years and I've already started to notice a change.

We use both in Canada...we can't seem to decide if we want to move to the metric system. We dirve in km but weigh ourselves in lbs. To answer your question 1 cup = 250ml.

I have been running in Asics Nimbus for years. That being said, I would HIGHLY recommend that you get fitted for your shoes. Here in Canada we have a chain of stores called the Running Room. They will fit you for the right shoe for your foot type. Shoes are very individual. I would recommend that you not worry too much…

yummy! I will have to try that!

It takes 21 days for something to become a habit. Whatever you do stick to your plan. Add reminders iand inspirational quotes n your calendar for a week and two weeks from now. That usually helps. Good luck!

Get a digital scale. Its a bit more expensive, but worth every penny. I have one and love it. It has the an option to weigh in grams or oz. Easy for us Canadians that use metric and imperial.

A footlong sub is a little much. Try getting a 6inch and drink a tone of water.

I've been using the run/walk technique for years and it has proven very helpful. When running long distances its nice to look forward to a little walk break.
