Use wholegrain foods wherever possible, they are lower GI and will keep you fuller longer. Quorn mince is a great swap in chili, bolgnese etc as you can't taste any difference. Fish is good for you and usually lower in calories than meat, as long as you don't batter and fry it!

I like Pret wild crayfish & rocket sandwich, 370 calories. Tesco do their 'Light Choices' range sandwiches, or you could try Weight Watchers sandwiches or wraps.

I use these a lot. Olive oil and sunflower oil are both good for you as unsaturated fats. I wouldn't recommend the BBQ spray except as a marinade,it's messy! They are fine for omelettes. Best thing is get a good non-stick pan if you don't have one as then you only need a couple of sprays.

Most fish is low, if you like it. You could try looking at the Rosemary Conley TV site, she does calorie counted recipes.

You could do that, or you could try spreading your calorie count over a week to balance out any variations. You need to eat 3,500 cals over your daily needs to gain 1lb, so you probabaly haven't done that much damage anyway, specially if you're exercising.
