As a general rule, people on MFP don't care about health, just weight. There are exceptions, but that's the general culture here.

This. And the upper limit should actually be lower. More like 2300. So you should be aiming for 1500-2300, and you are probably getting that.
-
What are you going over? The MFP default? If so, you should probably be doubling that target, anyway.

Looks tasty enough. Claiming the pounds will fall off is always a lie.

Make your own popcicles! You can use whatever you want, including crystal light, cocke zero, or any kind of low cal/zero cal liquid that will freeze!

Maintenance day, refuel day, or day off.

I drink coffee made from flavored beans (usually vanilla or hazelnut) black with stevia. You can also buy skinny syrup made with splenda. Unsweetened soy milk is my preference if I want a latte.

Technically, it's a symptom, but is also a risk factor. It can be a symptom for a number of things including an eating disorder, depression, gluten sensitivity, thyroid problems, and a host of other physical and psychological conditions. It *can* be treated as a disease, as it can technically be "cured" without necessarily…

Try tuna or liquid egg whites. They have about the same protein ratio as the highest protein shakes.

Option 2 is definitely healthier. This is based mostly on the fact that pasta is bad for you.

The easiest way is to throw some olive oil on whatever you are eating.

That was super rude, but the bread and pasta thing is legit. Wheat can make people store belly/visceral fat and give you that "pregnant" look. If you someone who likes to read and/or have a good foundation of knowledge when it comes to your dietary decisions, you may want to check out the book Wheat Belly.

It entirely depends on how long it takes you to get back on. But if you aren't learning eating habits you can stick to, you are at high risk of gaining it all back when you finish dieting.

Kids: This is my first. Goals: To get down to my ideal weight of 125lbs. I've already lost the 60 I put on from my pregnancy! I also want to get into better shape and be equipped to keep my weight under control for my next pregnancy.

There's a pretty huge difference in fat and calories.

Exercise is the most effective anti-depressant there is - both for treatment and prevention.

When the sweetener is extracted, it's purest form is liquid. Powdered stevia has various additives to give it the powdered forms. There are differences in quality for both powdered and liquid, so reading the ingredients list should give you a pretty good idea how "clean" it is.

Personally, I am breastfeeding and eat 1200-1500 calories per day. Since you exclusively pump, you are in a situation where you will be able to tell as soon as your supply went down and can respond promptly. I'd recommend lowering your calories to a point where you are comfortable and make sure to get plenty of fat…

The people who say it doesn't matter are probably referring strictly to weight loss. If you want to be as healthy as you can manage, then it does matter. Processed foods have all kinds of non-nutritive additives that can sabotage your health. The basic idea of eating clean is to use raw ingredients, organic when it's…

I do not understand why people are afraid of a little loose skin. Do you really think it's worse than being overweight? I consider it it a non-scale victory. I sign that the belly/thigh/whatever fat is starting to go away.

Because of legal liability. 1200 is a point where someone at some point agreed was the lowest anyone could eat safely without medical consultation. MFP warns you away from going below that in case people used MFP to count much lower amounts and ended up with health problems they could not sue MFP because the app warns…

Now take it back to the store...

Are you trying to get a part in a movie as a meth or heroin junkie?
-
Just forget it happened and see a doctor about your apparent eating disorder and desire to be underweight and/or stop being a troll.
-
I've managed to work off the 60lbs I gained during pregnancy and then some - currently working towards that illusive ideal weight!
-
I'm unclear on the rules. Are you supposed to do all the squats at once, or reach that total throughout the day? I don't think I can handle doing that many squats at once. I'd be too bored... or space out and lose count!

His eating habits are a result of indulging a picky eater all his life. Unfortunately 12 is a difficult age to change habits.
