How much protein is too much?

The only thing I ever go into negatives in is protein. I know going over in protein is better than in carbs or sugar obviously, but how much is it "okay" to go over? 5? 10? 15? Or maybe not at all...?

What are you going over? The MFP default? If so, you should probably be doubling that target, anyway.

Too much protein is more than 3x(Weight in Kg). But it always depends on how much you workout.

Unless you have kidney issues, there is no problem going over on protein, even by a lot... just as long as you stay at/under on calories. Eating a lot of protein typically helps with that anyway.

5, 10, 15 what? Grams? Or percents of your daily total? None of these would be bad. I ate around 160 grams of protein a day, sometimes even whole 300g. It won't hurt you. All those stories about protein hurting your kidney or liver are nonsense. For that to happen you would need to ate kilograms of protein a day. Of course if you have some kind of liver or kidney problems already then it's different story, but not for a healthy person.

Do not worry abut that. Just ate your protein. You should not worry about it, unless you are trying to build muscle mass, then you need to count it. But if you are just trying to stay healthy just ate your food...
