  • I need to read all of these today. My sister just told me that she was pregnant and she wasn't trying. I would normally be happy but she is in no place (Mentally/physically) to raise a child. I'm very depressed about everything! Need all the inspiration I can. Thank you!
  • I was on here earlier this year but quit because I was eating all my calories and gaining. I am trying not to eat any of my extra calories I get from exercising. If I eat a few that is ok but I never eat all of them.

  • I always eat, eggs, nuts, peanut butter, chicken, fish, turkey. I like my protein. I think that is what gets me through the day!
  • MFP gave me a 1200 calories per day also but when I work out I get extra calories. If I didn't get those extra calories there is no way I would make it! If you are working out you have to log your exersice and then it will add the calories back on. I have actually found that I am less hungry in the afternoon but…

  • I actually have been working out for a good couple of years now. I trained and ran my first 1/2 marathon last year. The thing is, I have never been a great eater. I have wrote down calorie intake before but not like this. What do you recomend for good foods? Like I said, NOT good at this at all!!
  • Thanks for this! Sweets are my worst enemy! I am trying to eliminate them completely but lets face it... Who doesn't want to indulge themselves in a little sweet once in a while.
