Thanks for the support! Im going to stick with it ...my inner thighs (biggest probleem area) are aching so good today, its nice to feel the muscles getting a good workout there. Ive lost 5 lbs and my stomach looks so different already im really enjoying this. :-) Looking forward to level 3!

Dont get discouraged... you are building muscle thats why the scale isnt budging. I bought jillisn michaels dvd thru target, others get it from you tube. Its a quick results kinda program.

I just finished day 4 but my stomach doesnt burn afterwards. Is anyone else not feelin the pain afterwards? Also I noyiced I wasnt in tons of pain today like day 1 2 and 3 lol

Tomorrow is my 5th day. The aches and pain went away after my 4th workout. Also if you dont have weights canned food would work.
