I just did level two of the 30ds today. My feet spastically cramped up...I didnt have this in level one but now they are freaking out on me. Anyone else experience it?? im hoping it will be better tomorrow. Level two is soo much more than level one. WOW! I was super sweaty and weak by the end, but I feel great now.
Im completly devoted to losing lbs toning up and feeling great. My goal is 150 I started at 190 and am currently at 184. Anyone want to begin with me? Ive never done the 30ds and did not previously work out, also ive turned my eating habits around and im doing well with it. Anyone in the same boat as me?
