  • Thanks for the responses. This is my first 5 minutes on MFP and I am liking it so far. I put meals in breakfast and lunch, and realized I only had less than 500 calories for dinner if I want to stay within the 1200 calories to lose...could be the reason I have not been having much success with WW...I guess it wouldnt hurt…
  • egg whites! lots of ways, with feta, spinach and tomatoes, or just hard boil eggs and eat the whites alone. My staple breakfast
