Awesome! This is basically my current goal, I'm 171 (as of today), aiming for 159 when I go on vacation in July. Interesting to see where you lost the weight, and how great you look. :)

I'm on day 11 and I'm wondering the same thing, if it's ok to break up the squats throughout the day. I'm not sure, so I try to do them all at once. I do maybe 40 at a time and then take a minute break. This was me after a week plus running:

Don't you worry about that! When you hit a wall, all you have to do is rev up and climb over it. Switch up your workout, add weights and strength training and do some core workouts. You'll get past it soon. Just DON'T GIVE UP.
