Help...weight stall?

I've been a MFP member for month and half, log-in food and exercise daily. I do 2(40 mins. Treadmill intervals) 4-5 days week, cook healthy balanced food, keep my calorie allowance on target, however have only lost 2Lbs!!!
It's frustrating since I have been so decipline to not cheat and every time I weigh in its same:(
Please, if anyone has any tips, or have struggled along the same path...of going at it the lawful way, with not much of a change, or at least the reward of losing!
Thanks in advance for the time and response
Best of luck to all!

Don't you worry about that! When you hit a wall, all you have to do is rev up and climb over it. Switch up your workout, add weights and strength training and do some core workouts. You'll get past it soon. Just DON'T GIVE UP.0

change up exercise, cardo, - speeed, lenght intensity, weights - light lots reps and heavier one less reps

What are your goals? How much is your daily calorie intake?
You only need to lose 3 more pounds according to your ticker, many times those last few pounds are the hardest.0 -
Your diary is locked, so it's really hard to offer any good advice on what changes to make or what could be affecting the minimal weight loss without seeing that.0
