Thanks everyone, yes, I bought the scale, no I have not been able it since February, I have tried other programs because I had been on this for awhile and not lost since the time before that. I use MFP for calories, calories burned etc. I walk 6 miles a day 5 days a week, my top speed is 4.3. I don't eat chips, candy or…

Right I eat clean, / mostly vegetarian and work out 5 days a week 40 min. A day, that above advice was NOT helpful!

I do have another question, she I exercise after food or on empty stomach? It seems like I don't have enough energy if I exercise first, but then if I eat am I just burning the food I just ate? Or am I going to get weight loss benefits still if I eat then exercise??

Thank you everyone, no, I wasn't using a food scale, but I will now, I didn't know you had to use a food scale because you could eat what you want. How manny ounces of meat should I eat per Meal??

Is there certain types of foods I should be eating to lose weight? I have been on ALL kinds of diets that deprive me of this or that, is it like that to lose weight on fitness Pal?

Thank you everyone for all your help and encouragement. I started at 183, went down to 177.8 then this week, I am back at 180! I haven't done anything different. I am 5'4, eating 1490 a day I put in sedentary, but I do between 6000-10,000 steps a day. I guess these are my stats? Now I am afraid to eat

Thanks, I just saw this chart while I was waiting on an answer. I do log everything that goes into my mouth even an M & M. I also measure, I was thinking maybe fitness pal is giving me too many calories? I put in sedentary and they gave me 1490 cal
