I have been buying the Dannon Light greek blends. They are non-fat and they taste great. I usually add 1 teaspoon of cacoa nibs and 1/2 cup of granola to mine and mix it up. That way I get the protein and the crunchy so I feel like I'm "eating"

I have in the past used cottage cheese on a salad (instead of adding dressing). I usually eat my cottage cheese now with sunflower seeds or pistachio's added.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery on 12/31/12. I don't regret it one bit. I am down 114 pounds since before my surgery and 91 pounds since surgery.

Not saying this would help, but maybe if you had a list of goal weights and things you could reward yourself with. Doesn't have to be anything outrageous. I've become quite fond of fat free greek yogurt (flavor doesn't matter) and I've sometimes added fresh fruit (1/4 cup blueberries..or you could probably use any type of fruit you like) and I've added 1/2 cup of Kashi high protein cereal and I've also added 1/4 cup Kellogs Bran Buds cereal (not at the same time of course)…

One hundred pounds is quite an accomplishment. I've lost over 100 pounds myself and I am struggling with the same issue(s) that you are. I still see myself as being huge. Thank you for the protein shake recipe. I usually stick with protein bars for breakfast (I'm so not a breakfast person). Will definitely give that a try. :) OMG!! YES!! Quest bars are the BEST!! Great snacks to take on the road.... Protein bars, nuts (almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds), When you stop to get gas, can also get a cheese stick (and sometimes they have hard boiled eggs)
