I am running a 10km at the end of April, which is going to be scary. I wont be ready, but I will walk it if I have to.

6'4, started at 300.3, now at 282 lbs and also doing the c25k with an android app. I enjoy it.

Red bull total zero. 0 calories, 280% vitamin b6, 250% vitamin b12, niacin, riboflavin, ect. Good stuff :p Look for apps on your phone that either challenge or entertain you at the gym like a c25k program or zombie run. It becomes addicting.

I doubt they pay for the membership with their own hard earned money :) I go to the gym at 3am, only once has there been anyone else there, and I found it very awkward. I really don't like other people around while I run on the treadmill like an elephant with 3 feet.

I found a new cereal today. 45g is 120 calories. I had to add it to MFP though. Weetabix Alpine original. Not too tasty, but I get to have a pretty big bowl :P

If you have an android device, download an app called Libra. It can do some useful stuff with daily weighs. It eliminates the "static" in your weight's natural fluctuations, and can help keep you motivated and encouraged.

Well, with so many addicts on here, I should open a cafe like on the movie "Flakes". Dieters can hate me just as much as they rage and hate McDonalds :P Time for a bowl? Hmm, maybe.
