Try and find some friends on here that have similar goals as you. You can make a post with your age, height, weight and goals. You can use your friend's diaries as inspiration. If you see someone similar to you consistently dropping the weight, you instantly have a free diet plan that should work for you by looking at…

I am about the same height and weight. My advise is to be really honest and accurate about the food you log. Portions are a tricky thing to eyeball, so having a good scale and a measuring cup is a must. Don't start cardio until you have lost a few pounds just to avoid further joint injury. Those are my tips. I lost all my…

I woke up, jumped on the scale, and I dropped just under the big 3 at 299.2. I ate non stop and sipped Irish cream all night. I tried to log everything but as soon as it came to all the trays and turkey dinner, I gave up. So I am pretty thrilled.

I suggest labeling your meals and logging from wake to sleep. I have meals entered as (2pm) (7pm) (midnight) (4am) (snack)

This looks so good, I wish I could go to the store and buy this all ready made.

Nice job sir!

Thanks :)

Great job so far, and good luck! Its a fun challenge, and I also suggest setting short term goals instead of one long term one.

Thanks, I have a long ways to go, but I am just about half way there, and feel so much better than I thought I would already.

The topic was meant to read 111 days not smoking.

Yes, the supplements are a waste of money. Check yogurt, even the yoplait desert stuff is very low cal and high potassium. I have a few different protein shakes that are high in potassium too. You can add bananas to just about anything you make. 1 container of yogurt, 1 scoop of protein powder, a banana, and serving of…

I have seen it at Walmart

You could lose weight, but it's not going to fix it. Some people find it very difficult to ask for the little blue pill, it's easier to just blame someone else.

I just checked the scale, yes I still exist.

I have to look for that bread, my bread has twice the calories

I am on the 3rd floor of a 100 year old building myself, and had the same thought. I too would like to try insanity, but not sure how impressed the people in the suites below would be.

Another note, if you take the same time I took shopping, and compared the calories to sleeping of the same duration... I earned enough calories to eat 8 zesty cheese doritos. Yum, earned those chips. Oops, ate the whole bag. I have to go shop for 36 hours now :D
-
It's up to you what you log, but here is some real data of my day shopping, and other things I did in a few hours. This will give you an idea, unless you calculated your calories based on never leaving your bed, then shopping is a normal activity I think.

If you are too scared to try eating more (you need to eat much more) you can do a little test by stopping all activity you are doing. Your weight will go down. I don't eat all my exercise calories back, I gain weight during the 3 days I go to the gym. The 3 days off from the gym I do nothing but sit around all day, I lose…

Night shift taxi driver... So, yes! Blah

Thanks, I am going to try this in the morning!

I am at the gym from 3am - 4pm, in bed at 5am. Up at noon, no nightmares here as far as I know.

But those are calories they had already consumed, so this is true zero calorie eating, is it not?
