3rd floor workouts-HELP!

So I live on the third floor of an apartment building. I usually just go to the gym but I have realized I found the most success when I was doing INSANITY-I had no excuses not to do it and the scheduled workouts really kept me motivated and on track. I want to start it back up again, but I live on the third floor and INSANITY includes a lot of jumps and whatnot. I asked this question before and was told that the mats that they use in nurseries and daycares for kids work well, but where would I buy those? And are there any other options?
I just don't want the people underneath me to HATE me hahaha. Thanks everyone!

can you do it at a time that isn't that disruptive? Like if you are home during the day they are most likely out at work, or at least less likely to care?
these I believe are the mats that you would want... you can get them all over the place...

on a hippy level, they are not a very healthy item. I think they contain formalehyde or something like that...0 -
I am on the 3rd floor of a 100 year old building myself, and had the same thought. I too would like to try insanity, but not sure how impressed the people in the suites below would be.0
